Pay starts at minimum wage, plus tips.

Job Duties:

· Responsible for coordinating own table section.

· Communicates with front and back-of-house team members to provide an excellent and memorable dining experience for our guests.

· Describes and suggests menu items and beverages, including seasonal specialist.

· Takes and processes guest orders and ensures that all items are properly prepared and served in a timely fashion.

· Facilitates entire guest experience, from time they are seated through departure, ensures guest satisfaction, and responds to additional requests.

Qualifications:

· Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

· Must be able to converse with guests in a warm, friendly, gracious manner.

· Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.

· Must enjoy guest service, have excellent organization skills, and great sense of timing.

Other Job Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. 

Experience: 

Prior experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, preferably one that serves seafood, is required. Strong knowledge of wines, preferably Northwest wines, is also helpful.

Physical:

Must be able to stand and walk for periods of up to four hours. Must be able to bend, stoop, and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
